In times of fake news, promoting accessible and relevant information is a way to transform society.
For many people, politics is synonymous with complicated language, dense processes, and hard-to-understand information. Side by side with Fundação Podemos, we broke this taboo by doing what we do best: well-designed strategy and dynamic content.
Reflecting the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to democratizing access to information about political participation and citizenship, the challenge was clear: how could we communicate complex and dense topics to a young audience?
The solution came from a key insight: more than ever, YouTube is used as a search tool. According to the Reuters Institute, the video platform is the most widely used social network in Brazil for consuming information.
That’s how the web series “A Deep Dive into Democracy” was born — educational, dynamic, and accessible.
The collage-style animation format, combined with strong storytelling and a language that resonates with the target audience, contributed to a better-informed public and a brand more firmly rooted in its core values.
