GE HealthCare is a global giant in the healthcare industry. With a brand of such relevance, F2F Agency’s challenge was to build a strategic plan capable of amplifying communication and results during the company’s participation in the Jornada Paulista de Radiologia (JPR) and Hospitalar 2024.

Our work involved creating a tightly integrated communication journey — from inviting visitors to experience the booth, to driving post-event business generation, including on-site activations throughout all exhibition days.

To ensure consistency, all actions led to the digital hub “Care Without Limits,” fully developed by F2F Agency’s Tech team in record time. The hub was designed to be the central destination for campaigns and the main communication focal point for both events, while also centralizing content and information for future GE HealthCare initiatives.

The key levers used to maximize campaign impact included:

  • Personalized email and WhatsApp journeys for prospects and partners;

  • Out-of-home campaigns, strategically positioning the brand;

  • Paid media, driving highly segmented audiences to the brand’s event and content hub;
