Sage, a multinational accounting and business management company — now operating as IOB in Brazil — partnered with F2F to build a new brand positioning in the country, reflecting the internal restructuring the organization had been undergoing.

The challenge unfolded in three key stages:

  1. Launching the new Customer Service area, now called Customer Care, focused on resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  2. Communicating the new positioning and the company’s commitment to innovation and new technologies: we launched a manifesto video and invited audiences to download the new app, offering interactive solutions and faster access to information.
  3. Presenting all these changes in a clear and tangible way to clients and the accounting community. The company chose the 26th Convecon as the main stage for this transformation.

Our role in this third stage was to design and deliver the entire Sage experience at Convecon, creating multiple touchpoints:

  • A modern, welcoming booth where visitors could explore products and take part in an extended innovative experience that went beyond the app;

  • Talks hosted inside the booth, sharing insights on key topics in the accounting world, along with robust training sessions in the knowledge arenas;

  • An integrated messaging journey connecting online and offline channels, showcasing the company’s new phase and its commitment to turning users into the consultant accountants of the future.

The outcome went far beyond the numbers: the audience embraced this new phase of the brand and redefined Sage as an innovative partner committed to the evolution of the accounting industry.
